Is there any sign of water intrusion?

Is it the deep keel version?

Any sign any mechanical damage (like hitting something)?

My general view is that the crack is a superficial matter (from differential materials --- i.e., the keel vs. the fiberglass hull). Unless you have some sign that would lead you to believe otherwise. I'd tend to use a caulk, fair it a little, paint over it and not fixate on it. I believe the Freedoms were built by TPI (Tillotson Pearson Inc.) in Bristol.

IF there is some reason to believe that it is not attached or sealed properly, then you might be looking at it more aggressively.
