Today I uncovered the big boat, put the main on the boom, mounted the nets -- all with some welcome help from my sons.

Yesterday I painted the bottom of the new dinghy that I'll keep in water full time at the dock. I still need to add numbers and install bilge pump, mount straps for gas tanks and battery.
What's left on the big boat?
Install the new dripless shaft seal,
Install the raw water pump
Touch up the bottom paint
Wash the boat, wipe painted areas with AwlCare, wax the gelcoat areas
Clean the interior and restock the galley
Launch, bend on the sails, rig the reefing lines

I figure 3 or 4 good working days and we can launch. How about you?
