My daughter did that. I gave her a RO sander, paint, brushes, and she get's it done(and does a quality job of it).

She's living and working an interesting job in Brooklyn. She has a whole group of friends that also went to St. Andrews University in Scottland. Here she is with her wonderful room mate(on the left), also a St. Andrews alumna. They're at a St A alumni Ceilidh in NYC(gaelic gathering).

I'm finding there are few rewards as great as seeing your children happy in their own lives, as adults.
