It's an institution with a long history. Very informal and friendly. For instance, I just called the owner, Ed to see when our earliest launch is available. It's either 4 pm today or Friday afternoon. We're going for the 4 pm today despite that the boat hasn't been touched since last fall. My son and I are headed there in a few minutes.
