I use passageweather.com. They use GEF and NAM, the two highly respected models.

I use just the weather underground site, but then my local marine ext Agt got me onto the email list

Windyty is nice for "now"

Levi Cowan's Tropical Tidbits has a lot of good info
For local effects of a storm I've found the local NWS office briefings very helpful
