Without a holding tank you're destined to dump in the harbor or at least in the anchorage.

I've never understood why BVI charter boats don't have holding tanks. There should be a law that mandates you to use it while at anchor. only dumping while under way.

Swimming in an anchorage in the BVI is like swimming in a sewer.
