I do so every year....
In Response To: DQOTD - can 2-stroke oil in the fuel harm a late-model car ()

I'll usually pour in a gallon when the tank is pretty full. Never had a problem, done this with a 1993 Lexus, a 1993 Toyota Previa, 2003 Pontiac Vibe and a 2004 Nissan Quest.
