Towing insurance for sure all down the coast. Never do that trip without it. But beyond that when you violate Rule Five???? Ixnay on insurance until you get to countries that require it. Something to check out in advance, the cost and the coverage that is.

Rule Five is the visual eyeball lookout rule which does NOT require a lookout 24/7 necessarily but in the case of solo sailing....stretches the rule beyond expectations of non-disallowed coverage.

Flip side finding those willing to cruise in kindler gentler areas not a problem, but down the west coast? good luck.... Four times all solo. Lots of promises...lotsa excuses and lotsa no shows.
