when your country and countries flag is on the other side (USA and UK)in sa war zone, and it's one of the two worst pirate areas in the world AND the insurance companies have declared all of it out to 500 miles offshore a war zone? Not to mention that people in that economic level view yachties as 'rich' no matter how small and crappy the boat. I would expect that from a Frenchie but for a Brit it's clearly a case of too much time in Kipling's 'noonday sun.'
