...these 2 harmless bitches scared off many pangueros in Central America some of whom approached just before dark looking for beer and rum and were already very drunk. As the dogs would run out of the cabin to greet our new "guests" I would grab them an hold them back away from the rail. The fisherman assumed they would get bitten if I let go and left quickly. Worked every time!
