This weekend was time for the annual haul-out pilgrimage which requires me to go under this I-95 highway bridge. Bridge hight is 60 feet. Tip of VHF antenna at masthead is 65 feet. Trip MUST be timed for low tide (6-8 foot typical tidal range).

First few times we did this it was a real nail-biter. The blue light hanging from the bridge (just to the right of the masthead) would interfere if we don't avoid it. About every-other time we startle a pigeon or two with the masthead.

Double Horizon is on the hard and we now look forward to spring.
