for those of you who have the side opening door / hatch ... did you use the heater strip option, which supposedly eliminates condensation ?

And did anyone use these hatches in a retrofit, as opposed to a new install. I plan to cut these in my existing box, as opposed to completely re-build it, so some surgery involved and I'm hoping that will go smoothly.

... but otherwise, I'm sold, thanks again. Yeah the price is high, but these seem like very nice systems to me, there's no way I could duplicate the molded frame or the hatch, and having them custom built I'm sure would cost much more.
