A large slips very desirable in Dana Point Ca. A number of people have put their 50 foot boat in a corporation. When a boat is sold, generally it has to leave, as the slip doesn't go with the boat or the new owner but,, if the slip is registered to a corporation and the boat is sold, the new owner buys the corporation which is the boat and the boat keeps the slip.

Very desirable in selling a boat and allowing it to stay in Dana Point Ca.

This was all too much time and energy and is the reason we left.
