edit any of our sailing photos other than size. But I have done a lot of other editing with a FREE program called "Gimp". You can see it at:

It works VERY good and I am told that it can be "Skined". Meaning you can add a different look to it other than the standard one it comes with. They have one that makes it look almost exactly like Photoshop.
It is VERY powerful, so it's not as simple to use as the MS photo editor.
