I have used flexible two part epoxy glue like http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/producte/10001/-1/10001/222165?&cid=chanintel&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=222165 for similar repairs. If you mask off an area it should even look reasonable. Haven't seen a clear one, though.
