this fellow seems a bit hard to please. That's just an impression so I make no definitive statement here. Every small business can step in it once in a while but the majority seem to feel they are pretty good to deal with. I would buy from them again and I have used them a couple of times. As an example, I bought a dummy load from him to use to dump excess power from my system when my voltage reached a high set point. A year later, I decided I wanted to dump the excess power into my hot water heater instead. I bought the new water heater element from him and he gave me full credit for the dummy load that I sent back to him. How often does that happen in the business world?
