You have to use the [ ] with the word IMG in between on the left - then the URL to the image next - then [ ] with the word /IMG in between on the right. Note that the one on the right has a forward slash in it with IMG. Don't use any of the IMG SRC= stuff. And do not put quotation marks around the URL.
Then do it again for the next picture.
