Yes Mark - rate is monthly rate based on 12 month contract.

Twin Dolphin quoted me the following for a Grand Banks 42 Trawler
Based on a 12 month contract, the monthly slip fee is - $13 x 45 foot slip = $585.00
Dock Fee 50.00
Tax 41.28
Live Aboard Fee 200.00
Tax 13.00
Estimated Electric 116.00
Estimated Total $1005.28
