We lived there from 2005-2007. It's a nice place but the river current ROARS through the slips on the east side at an oblique angle. Before I fixed it I had a transmission that would occasionally decide it wasn't going to go into gear. It made for some REALLY exciting moments. I never bent anything but I think I scared the crap out of some neighbors.
