In the summer, it only happened once. we had left for
the afternoon, came back and the alarm was going off.
hit the reset, and it was fine. never came on again.

It is not consistant in any way. with a leak, it should
have at least some consistancy. I hate to just assume
a faulty piece of gear when it is doing its job. But I am 99.9%
sure it is not leaking.
