Operationally it is good (controls, sound quality and no noticable delay) but the battery life is terrible (I'm guessing about 3-5 hours out of the charge cradle without actual testing) and the Ni-Cd batteries seem to need replacing every year or they don't hold a charge. I leave it in the charge cradle so it can stay on all day, and only remove it when in use. The charge cradle is mounted on the pedestal.
