Which might not be considered "real fog" by the natives! We and Calypso would blow our assorted fog horns, esp. the Saran wrap ones, back and forth. Then there was a way deeper and louder one from a ferry in the main channel. Spooky; nice to have the GPS show the channel where other vessels might be a lot bigger (and faster). At Owls Head, as usual, the fog disappeared and Rockland Harbor was clear.
