I have the RadioLabs and cursed them and RealTek for the last year. But; the Realtek drivers for the Leopard work great the antenna works wonderful now. Not all the bells and whistles of the PC drivers but 100% improved. The alpha externals use the Realtek chipset too so if your trying to avoid that chipset be sure to check out what's in the component.
