RadioLabs has very little idea what they are doing. The drivers supplied with my WaveRV were for the wrong chipset, didn't work at all. But I got the proper ones from RealTek, was able to get it to work pretty reliably with Leopard, new ones work even better with Snow Leopard. I forget the details, but if you plug it in and do an "About this Mac" with the details, look at attached USB devices and it will tell you which chipset. Then go to Realtek and get those.
