We have a Nor'Sea 27, a bit bigger, but we know limited space. You might want to take a look at our "Projects" web page at: http://www.svguenevere.com/prep/proj/
then scroll down to our windlass install. It shows how we did ours with a lot of photos. Looks like it would work about the same for you.
