() If he can do this in two years he's a magician! Ours was in much better shape, we had experience, and it took us 6 years to complete. But maybe our standards were / are different.

ps I only hope the best for him and his family. It would be / will be a great family project and as long as they finish and sail her they'll be much stronger because of it.
