Hey Larry,
...in a case such as this, I would hope that they would target the corporate SPONSORS of the particular endeavor...
Seems to me that could be the best way to make someone think twice about helping to enable this sort of crap in the future...
Not suggesting that this should necessarily happen, but seems now like just a matter of time before it does, and I would hope that would be the approach taken...
