It should be easy to find "good" but not so easy to find "cheap". If you want to know for sure you're getting top quality carpentry try Coecles Harbor Marina http://www.chmb.net/ . They are somehow known as a Hinckley repair facility and they build the Shelter Island Runabout (Billy Joel's boat) which is similar to a Hinckley Talaria but maybe nicer. You would be really impressed if you walked their docks.

I'd check there first if it was my boat. Family-run business and nice people with a work ethic, and they treat customers nicely.

If you want to find "cheap" your best bet there is probably to ask around in Greenport.
