You are sure spending like there is no tomorrow...

$1,300 for a new exhaust elbow? I replaced my exhaust riser this spring for $15. I was able to reuse the elbow, but a new one only costs $110. The entire project took about 3 hours and that includes driving to the plumbing shop where the cut and threaded the black iron pipe for me AND assembled the riser (the $15 charge). You could save a bundle of money by doing your own work. It certainly isn't hard. Two years ago I dropped my rudder shoe off and replaced the oilite bronze bushing with a new derlin one. Total cost was $30 ($20 for the derlin I made the bushing from and $10 for a tube of 4200). It took about 4 hours including the time spent to machine the bushing AND order the derlin. Oh, yeah, I also built up the bottom of the keel to get a better fot for the rudder show - an extra $15 maybe plus an hour or so to do the glass work.

You really ought to learn the very basic skills required to do boat maintenance. :
