We have 7 Sonars on our lake......Huge Cockpit in these boats. Think it is almost 12 feet long. Even though during the races, usually a crew of 2 or 3 on board.. But for just day sailing the Sonar 23, sometimes 6 or 8 people in the cockpit.

Bruce Kirby designed the boat, and there is something like 800 hulls that have been built.
