Almost got run down by this one

On the Chesapeake Bay last week, broad reaching down the Bay near the Eastern shore. We were on a starboard tack, winds 25/30k, when "Numbers", on a port tack, came closer and closer. This 66ft racer was under full sail, planing at ???knots , and passed astern of us within one boat length. We had right of way, but there was absolutely nothing I could have done to avoid them. I felt like a sitting duck. We could feel the spray off their bow in our cockpit. The sails and rigging were humming like a string orchestra at low pitch. Here are they seconds before they passed us.
