We had Christmas breakfast on the roof patio this morning.....in the sun and mebbe 70 degree temps. Got too warm and had to take to the shade. Gifts of sorts were exchanged from a Mayan camisa with many, many birds stitched on, to a hand made cigar made for my stepson by one of the gals when she was in Nicaragua, to bones from an iguana found in the mangrove swamp near where my daughter lives. The real gift of course is the opportunity to rent a house here for a month and bring everyone down.
