We stayed here and Kansas City and enjoyed Christmas with our Family and Grand Kids. During my Aviation career, we lived in Albuquerque for 14 years, and we enjoy some of the New Mexico foods at Christmas time. So, Christmas Eve Pauline made a big pot of Pozole......yummy stuff! The Green Chilies had just the right amount of heat!
