Good question. I took it to a local shop and they replaced it for me.

So they probably got the no name part(it's fine but it makes more noise than the original).
They also got me a replacement battery for less money than through Mac. The nice thing is these guys usually upgrade software I have to newer versions and stuff like that. They work on all brands and they always seem like a good deal so I support them.
