Then it was 45 minutes. We followed the directions to a tee! Right now in good salt water the unit runs, then we get the extended cycle mode and after about 30 more seconds then we get the red light. The Red light is baiscally new. For the last month in sometimes brackish water and sometimes salt water we would get the extended cycle. In that water after we had done the maintenance schedual we had it working correctly maybe twice or three times; then it went to the extended cycle most all the time.. We were in Cartagena where a river empties into the bay and the water quality depended on the tide for how much salt water we had. I just figured it was the lack of salt most of the time and when we get to good salt water the unit would either work or I would do the maintenance again. I hate having to carry Muratic Acid aboard so I have enough for one more "cleaning".
