Same here - getting a slow start

Last week I started to strip the PoliGlow and compound/wax using Maine Sail's prescribed method, but haven't been getting much cooperation from the weekend weather. There's a strong low in the area today and probably lingering showers tomorrow. Might have to take some time off from work to git'er done.

I took yesterday afternoon off early and got in about 4 hours of work stripping then compounding, and the following image shows the result. The stripped PoliGlow area (before compounding) is the dull section at the left edge of the photo, and the remainder is after the first pass of compound using Presta Gelcoat Compound. This has not been polished or waxed yet. The next step is to polish with 3M FinesseIt II, then wax with Collinite paste wax.
