Almost any below deck pilot will work with a rotary drive. On rotary drive pilots it is the drive that determines the size boat it is rated for. Assuming your drive is OK, then look at pilots that have the other features you want and sufficient electrical output for your drive motor. The odds are the problem is somewhere either in the brains of the unit or a connection.
For example I use a Ray rotary drive with a Simrad pilot. Simrad wanted me to buy a Whitlock drive, but admitted the Ray one would do the same job for 1/3 the price.
