First: I would say that your waste and water systems would be better off "blown" dry (requires some caution) rather than let the antifreeze sit in there for multiple years;

Secondly: If you have a gasoline vs. diesel -- I'd be pretty leary about that much time. With diesel, you want to make sure your tanks are full, oil is clean, etc. Additive is very important.
