Bleeder Valve -- As in automotive heater coils

What you have is like an automotive heater fan coil unit. There are some devices that are used for radiators and coils.
An example, which you can "T" in might be: http://www.yourcustomcar.com/coolant-bleeder-valve.html
If you go to an automotive and/or radiator shop, you'll probably find one that will work.
