Yeah, my wife and I have some job skills we can barter most anywhere, and lucky for that. But this is a retirement re-settlement to some warmer climes than Buffalo, NY, good sailing areas, near major airports for adult kids to fly into, etc. Todd, thanks for the Tax info, and thanks to all above.
