On the other hand, the system has some issues with integration and has no representation here in Canada. While your experience has been excellent, I've had conflicting reports on reliability. If I wasn't as fortunate as you, I would be faced with dealing with a dealer in another country on the other side of the continent. That didn't appeal to me since I'm a summer cruiser and we have a short season here in Canada. Other companies offer more options for service or replacement. I'm a pragmatic guy who works in a high tech aviation industry that has triple redundency, scheduled maintenence, and around the clock technicians on hand, yet stuff breaks! Occasionally my Volvo and Toyota need service too. I expect that sooner or later, whatever AP I get will break as well so will try to mitigate the effects. I respect the information and opinions that people offer here but, at the end of the day, have to make decisions based on the parameters that apply to my particular situation. I'm sure you understand that.
