thanks for the info. not how things were explained in customs in St Thomas.
I did go in, show passports,(mine only) and the application was approved,
and can now access the online site. can set up an itinerary, and can
activate it the day before I leave. sounds like thats not quite how its
supposed to work. maybe just go back to original plan to come into
canaveral and walk over to the customs office there.
this is not like I left the US for a few months. I;'ve been out cruising for a
number of years. having just heard of some of the newer programs, I went
to customs/St Thomas and that's what I was told. Oh Well.
