Cruising Sailors Forum Archive

I just watched this tonight after sailing past Chiceme in the morning.

A little spooky. We're anchored in Linton where a bunch of those shots were taken. The San Blas is just full of back packer boats. They take a bunch of people on for a few days around the islands or back and forth from Cartegena. Some are nice, clean boats, some are dumps. Most of the skippers are single handers trying to get some money to get by on. Way cool islands, but I can see how they attract a kind of outcast sailor. There's also a lot of Columbian traders boats that come through. Along with some extracurricular imports.
