We've used Herb in the past, contacting him directly or, as countless others have done, listening in for forecasts to nearby boats. He's a fine gentleman with a passion for weather forecasting. He has a very real concern for the people out there making offshore passages. I hope he doesn't find this nonsense too discouraging.
