I love my 8 plait for anchor rode it snags for dock lines

I have been an 8 plait convert for 3 years and I used it for dock lines for a season till Annie put her foot down. It snags and catches on everything at the dock no real strength lost but ugly and a pain. Anchor rode doesn't have same issues and I recommend it over 3 strand.
