It was filled with a couple of old outboards, a compressor, and of course, a generator...

That was probably the biggest downside of the anchorage in Marathon - I was never out of earshot of a running generator, usually trailed behind someone's boat so they themselves didn't have to listen to it... All day, and all night long, somebody would be running one of those freakin' things, and they weren't the "silent" Hondas, either...

Amazing, some of the electrical demands even some of these boats that are virtually indistinguishable from derelicts apparently have... (grin)
