exposes many places I miss. With charts on the boat, the details of the coast used to be out of mind when off the boat. Now I can cruise online and discover new potential anchorages over the winter.
I just looked at False Whitehead Harbor. Well protected from the south. I think I know it by road, but I've not come by water. That whole area Spruce Head, Seal Harbor, Wheeler Bay, looks like a mini cruising ground. Then across the MRC there's a cluster of islands surrounding Home Harbor. I've never been there either.
