I order 95% of my stuff from Defender, they are great. Every now and then I need something NOW. I'll print out the Defender price and bring in it to West, and they will match. When I have time to build a list, it always goes to Defender. I suppose I could buy here & there off the web and save a little money, but by the time I add shipping and the hassle factor, the Defender prices, availability and nice folks in CT are tough to beat. No problem with returns w/in 30 days, and after that store credit. I am also surprised at their shipping cost, it always seems very reasonable. Very fair. Cheers, John
