4th of July celebrations find us parked in front of the fireworks barge in front of my brother's house one night then generally the next we head up river in his powerboat to enjoy the fireworks on the Charles and free concert at the Esplanade. This year should be no exception.

It's a fun time with all sorts of strange looking boats being a calm river. Last year the floating couches had us ready to jump in for a rescue but none was needed.
