I've just spent the last hour going through the Elegance owners manual and I can't find any mention of which products to use--or any maintenance instructions at all. Is your hard copy different from the online version? Which products do they say you're supposed to use? Or would you be referring the LectraSan/ElectroScan manual? In THAT case, the two products are:

Raritan C.P.--a non-chemical bio-enzymatic cleaning product. It's great bowl cleaner and also the best sump and drain cleaner on the planet, but it won't do a think for mineral buildup. It's really the ONLY bowl cleaner that won't damage the LS/ES. So if you have to use anything else to clean the bowl, wipe it out...don't flush it.

Raritan H.C. --which is their hose cleaner.... Raritan private labels it...I don't know who actually makes it. Active ingredient is phosphoric acid. You'll find the MSDS for it here: http://www.raritaneng.com/pdf_files/chemicals/L433v0309.pdf Before Raritan put H.C. on the market, their manual called for a 12% solution of muriatic acid. Instructions for using it are in the LectraSan EC and MC manuals. If you don't have access to 'em, I'll email 'em to you.
